Guidelines
We’re thrilled to help bring your vision to life with our personalized room decoration services. To get started, please fill out the request form below. Let us know your preferences, occasion, and any special touches you'd like. We'll work with you to make your space unforgettable!
Decorating times range between 2-3 hours depending on the package choice!
We are located in the Winston area and will drive within a 15 mile radius at no additional cost. Anything outside of that will be an additional $3 per mile!
If the hotel charges for parking then the packages will require an additional $30 parking fee!
ALL ORDERS ARE REQUIRED to be placed at least 2 weeks in advance from the date. Orders are recommended to be placed sooner than 2 weeks, but at least 2! (Please contact us for emergency bookings to see if we can accommodate you)
50% of the total is due upon booking and the remaining is due 72 hours prior to the booking date!!!
All deposits are non refundable. Once you place your order, the order starts processing! Once your last payment has been made, it is non refundable and if you would like to reschedule, we can use that final deposit towards a rescheduled date at no additional cost due to unforeseen circumstances.

**Cleaning - All cleaning is the responsibility of the client. For your convenience we will provide a small dustpan and broom.
Please check with your hotel to see if there are specific cleaning requirements.
